Read any company's website and they proclaim their "commitment" to "customer satisfaction" and the "philosophy" that underpins their business. Surely nobody is convinced by this shallow corporate-speak especially when the reality is alienating call-queues and unresponsive support. We hate this. Our company's motto of "we're good" sums up our approach to everything we do more than any long-winded "mission statement" ever could.
We've been doing this as long as anybody. One of our directors published one of the very first books introducing the public to the Internet back in 1993. So you won't find another hosting company with deeper roots than ours. In our time, we've helped Ricky Gervais into the record books, made sure major elections ran without a hitch, provided interactive services for some of the world's biggest broadcasters and helped pioneer HSBC's Internet presence.
